Fees and Availability
Payment
Payment is required before each session. I accept bank transfer and cash payments. We'll discuss payment details during your initial consultation to make sure everything's straightforward.
Concessions
I keep a number of concession slots for students and people struggling to afford to access counselling support. Please get in touch with me about availability.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to offer the slot to someone else who's waiting for support. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.
Availability
I offer appointments during normal working hours, with some evening and weekend slots available upon request. We'll find a time that works for both of us during our initial conversation.
